Pilipinas Teleserv Inc., the pioneer in Citizen Services is proud to announce its partnership with Vital Event Records Certified Inc. (VERified), a professional service company composed of civil registration, legal and business process engineering experts. Teleserv’s 12 years of expertise in developing system solutions that conveniently connects the government with every Filipino is now enhanced with VERified’s 12 years of experience in resolving issues and concerns on birth certificates, marriage certificates, and other records of vital events.

VERified is composed of a dynamic team, spearheaded by:

TOMAS P. AFRICA, Chief Civil Registration Counselor, former Civil Registrar-General of the Philippines (1989-2001) and Former Administrator of the National Statistics Office (NSO, 1989-2001).

MARICRIS B. PAHATE, Civil Registration Counselor, is a litigator who graduated from San Beda College of Law in 2002. She is a former Junior Partner at the Andres, Marcelo, Padernal, Guerrero and Paras Offices and has been in continuous practice of law for ten years.

MARIA CECILIA KRISTINA M. AFRICA, Civil Registration Counselor, is a human rights advocate and professorand legislative consultant. She is a graduate of the San Beda College of Law, and the Utrecht University School of Law in the Netherlands.

ANNA CARMINA E. TORRES, Civil Registration Counselor, is a Business Process Engineering and Project Management practitioner. She graduated from De La Salle University Manila with a degree in B.S. Industrial Engineering.

More than a decade of providing cutting edge citizen services, Teleserv is pushing forward with its core focus of delivering service solutions to every Filipino. Over the years, Teleserv has been the premier partner of the National Statistics Office, the Department of Foreign Affairs, the POEA, and various other government agencies in developing and providing premier Citizen Services since the year 2000.

JUN YUPITUN, Director for Operations. In 2010, he was given The Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) award for entrepreneurship. He is a licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer gained from De La Salle University.

RAFFY DAVID, Director for Marketing and Quality Assurance. He is a MBM graduate from the Asian Institute of Management with an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management from De La Salle University.

JEFFREY VILLANUEVA, Director for Admin and Finance. He is a graduate of De La Salle University with a degree in BS Business Administration - Computer Application.

This partnership aims to address concerns for late registration and endorsement processing for people who have no available NSO record. The new service aims to consult and address all legal concerns in getting an NSO record processed, filed, recorded, and delivered all in one service processing, saving the applicant valuable time and effort without the hassle of having to do it themselves.
